Shannon joined the team vertical in the summer of 2002. Currently works at G.F. Strong Rehab Center as an Occupational Therapist on the Spinal Cord Unit. After getting burned with molten plastics, Brad realized splinting was not Dad's best skill. So, 'Shan' and Rob Rob Giachino worked to perfect the moldings. The Splints are still the crux of all the gear R+D. Brad's ability to keep pulling without pain and nerve damage is paramount.. so these efforts continue.
